Q. How do I migrate my site?

A. Firstly, you will need to backup (download) content from your  existing web hosting service provider. If you are using File Transfer Protocol FTP to download content please check with your existing web hosting service provider for the FTP conventions when retrieving content.  

Once your content has been saved, you will be able to migrate (upload) your Web site to our platform by using the following Bell FTP conventions:  

FTP Address: (domain.tld) your full Web site name / IP Address
FTP Username: (domain.tld) your full Web site name.
FTP Password: your domain password
FTP Port: 21
